Need a space to rock out?
Our sound-treated rehearsal facility at Vanguard Arts Center is perfect for bands, musicians, and groups of all sizes.
What We Offer:
Spacious Studio: A 360 square foot room with a 100 square foot stage.
Top-Notch Equipment included:
One Allen & Heath mixer with up to 15 XLR or 1/4" inputs
two 2000 watt PA speakers
two 1000 watt stage monitors
four monitor mixes
four SM58 vocal microphones with stands
one backline Pearl drumset with hardware (drummers must bring their own snare and cymbals)
one 500 watt Gallien Krueger bass amp
Flexible Scheduling: Available evenings Monday-Thursday 8pm onward and Saturday/Sunday anytime.
Conveniant Location: In Chantilly, VA situated just off Route 28 & Route 50 with ample FREE parking.
Rates:
$100 for a single rehearsal
$300 for a month of weekly rehearsals
Additional Equipment available:
Need keyboards, stands, or other gear? Other equipment may be available upon request on a case by case basis.

Our sound-treated practice rooms at Vanguard Arts Center in Chantilly, VA are perfect for musicians of all levels.
What We Offer:
Quiet and Focused Environment: Practice without distractions in our soundproof rooms.
Variety of Instruments: Choose from our room with a Kawai upright piano or our room with two practice amps.
Flexible Scheduling: Available Monday-Friday from 1pm to 8pm.
Rates:
$20/hour for standard rooms
$25/hour for percussion and mixing rooms
Additional Equipment available:
Need keyboards, stands, or other gear? Other equipment may be available upon request on a case by case basis.
