Vanguard Arts Center Group Rehearsal Space Policies

• Rehearsal space will be booked through Vanguard Arts Center’s front desk, where the customer will set up an account with contact and payment information.

  • Vanguard will charge the customer’s card on file for the rehearsal space rental when the day and time is confirmed. The time is not reserved for the customer until payment is made.

  • The customer can cancel their rehearsal time by calling (703) 890-0444 or emailing info@vangaurdartscenter.com. They will be able to reschedule their rehearsal space rental at no additional charge, with a minimum of 24 hour notice.

  • Rescheduling will be done through the front desk, subject to availability.

• The customer agrees to respect the space and Vanguard’s equipment. Vanguard reserves the right to charge the customer for any damage done to the equipment or Vanguard Arts Center facilities, including a cleaning fee. The customer agrees not to enter any lesson rooms or use any Vanguard equipment from outside the lobby.

• For weekly rehearsal space renters- Vanguard agrees to reserve your day and time indefinitely.

  • Customers will be autobilled $300 on the first of each month for the upcoming month.

  • If a customer would like to cancel their weekly rehearsal space rental, they must email info@vanguardartscenter.com, verbal notice will not suffice.

  • The customer must submit their cancellation request by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. If the customer would like to cancel their weekly rehearsal space rental mid month, Vanguard Arts Center requires 15 days notice.

• The equipment that will be set up for your rehearsal are one mixer with 8 XLR inputs, two 2000 watt PA speakers, four SM58 vocal microphones with stands, one backline Pearl drumset with hardware (drummers must bring their own snare and cymbals), and one 500 watt Gallien Krueger bass amp. If you need any additional equipment, you must request it at least 2 business days prior to your rehearsal, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional equipment is not guaranteed.
